Wij gaan op zoek naar vastgoed dat precies aansluit bij uw zoekvraag.
3. Aanbod ontvangen:
Als er vastgoed gevonden wordt dat aan uw wensen voldoet, ontvangt u alle informatie over de woning(en) of project(en).
4. Bezichtiging:
Wij regelen een bezichtiging op locatie.
5. Aankoop
Samen met de makelaar worden de officiele koopcontracten getekend en wordt het kooproces begeleid.

Wij hebben een zeer groot netwerk van aannemers, verhuurspecialisten, management bedrijven voor verhuur en schoonmaak maar ook accountants en advocaten. Met de juiste mensen werken is essentieel, vooral in het buitenland. Dan wilt u zeker zijn van een betrouwbare partij.
Ik hoor u denken: wat kost dit allemaal. Heel simpel: De verkoper betaalt in Portugal de fee, dus voor u als koper zijn deze diensten kosteloos. Wij sturen u dus geen rekening hiervoor.
